Jeff Hughes grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated high school from Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal. He played football and received his B.A. in History at West Virginia Wesleyan College. He served as a Middle School Social Studies teacher and athletic coach in Roanoke for two years and in Henrico County at Wilder Middle School for three years. He has two children, both who attend RMS, and he was a proud stay-at-home dad for seven years. He is excited to now be apart of the faculty in both the Upper Elementary and Middle School programs at RMS.
