Prior to joining RMS, Pooja served as a School Age Counselor at YMCA of Greater Richmond. She is an HR Professional with over 10 years of experience as a Director of Administration at a Public School in India. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of students from preschool to graduate programs. In addition, she has 5 years of experience in teaching entrepreneurship. She believes that childhood is the foundation upon which stands the whole life structure - as the seeds sown in childhood blossom into the tree of life!
