Cathleen is pleased to join the team at Richmond Montessori School as the Director of Advancement after concluding a 22 year career with Richmond Ballet last August. She began as a teaching artist with the Ballet’s community engagement program, Minds In Motion, eventually directing the program and then taking on the broader role of Outreach (Community Engagement) Director. Inspired by the incredible work of all facets of the organization, she embraced the role of Development Director in the summer of 2018. In addition to being part of a top notch administrative team, her department raised $2 million annually. Cathleen has fond memories of teaching Minds In Motion at Richmond Montessori School in the early 2000’s.
